The Destiny Creator (Kozyrev Mirror) is based on the ideas of world-renowned Russian astrophysicist Nikolai Kozyrev and the groundbreaking research of two Russian scientists, Dr. Trofimov and Dr. Kaznacheev. Interestingly, they received funding directly from the Russian government to continue Kozyrev’s work after his mysterious death. The Destiny Creator is theorized to enhance someone’s ability to manipulate or change the future by quantum jumping to a more favorable timeline. Moreover, it is believed those with spiritual gifts, such as natural prophetic abilities, can achieve greater results using the Destiny Creator than others, and that repeated use leads to increased abilities.

When Milton Arch was 18 years old, a so-called friend sabotaged his car. The damage resulted in a serious accident on a major highway that briefly left him unconscious. Following this accident, Milton experienced changes in his cognitive abilities.
Initially, things that were once easy for him became extremely difficult, and he experienced difficulties learning in traditional ways. However, with time he was able to do things better than before, just in different ways. For instance, he would solve math problems in very unorthodox ways, but his answers were usually correct.
After consulting with an expert, Milton Arch learned that while parts of his brain were affected in the car accident, they had rewired themselves and opened different neural pathways, enabling him to function beyond normal capacity. “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done” (Genesis 50:20a).
Over time, Milton came to realize that the accident had also unleashed his spiritual gifts, including prophetic, divine, and manifestation abilities. “Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit” (1 Corinthians 12:7-8).
These spiritual gifts allowed Milton Arch to graduate college while barely studying. Later, he became the top salesperson at virtually every company he worked for, once beating out over 7,000 salespeople. His spiritual gifts enabled him to intuitively understand his customers’ concerns, allowing him to address them effectively. He could also memorize notes and access parts of his brain that let him visualize these notes in his mind’s eye during exams. However, at this time he was still not aware of exactly how he was achieving all of his success. It wasn’t until much later that he discovered he had unwittingly been using manifestation techniques coupled with his newfound God-given spiritual gifts to achieve these seemingly impossible feats.
Although Milton Arch had some success manifesting, he wanted to become better and more consistent at it. Milton’s quest to improve his manifestation skills led him to the work of Thomas Edison, the inventor of the light bulb, who attributed his creative success to entering hypnagogic states. Hypnagogia is a transitional state between wakefulness and sleep that occurs right before sleep begins. Edison would sit in a chair holding two steel balls in his hands as he prepared to enter hypnagogia. This sitting position allowed him to remain slightly conscious during these sessions, which is where his revolutionary ideas came from. Edison placed two steel saucers under his hands so that if he fell asleep, the metal balls would drop and create a loud crash. This noise would awaken him, allowing him to start the process again.
Shortly after using technology to improve upon Edison’s manifesting techniques, Milton learned about the Kozyrev Mirror, a device that could help someone time travel or timeline jump. Milton found support for these concepts in the Bible.
Milton Arch became convinced that the Kozyrev Mirror was a portal into the future. Invented by Russian astrophysicist Nikolai Kozyrev, this device followed Einstein’s theories about time travel. Milton later named it the Destiny Creator because of the remarkable results people achieved with its use. Following Einstein’s theories, Kozyrev felt he had discovered a way to timeline jump, making it possible to manifest future changes. After Kozyrev’s mysterious death, others continued his work. Reports indicated that the device worked especially well for people with spiritual gifts, and that their abilities improved with repeated use, leading to even greater results. This paralleled findings in Remote Viewing, where those with spiritual gifts consistently outperformed others without these abilities—the difference was dramatic. Milton had tremendous success using the Destiny Creator because it further awakened his God-given spiritual gifts. He observed that others without these gifts achieved only limited results.
