The Destiny Creator can enhance someone’s ability to manipulate or change the future by quantum jumping to a more favorable timeline. This is accomplished through a process known in the scientific community as quantum entanglement, which states that two particles are connected and affect one another even if those particles are light-years apart, and each particle cannot be described independently of the other particle. This lines up perfectly with John 17:21, which states “That they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.”

When Milton Arch was 18 years old, a friend of his sabotaged his car. The damage to Milton’s car caused him to get into a serious car accident on a major highway and briefly left him unconscious. Following this accident, Milton experienced changes in his cognitive abilities.
Initially things that were once easy for him to do proved extremely difficult. For example, he had trouble using a golf simulator (where you hit golf balls into a screen) because his brain was thinking he only needed to hit the golf ball three feet to reach the screen. Milton also experienced difficulties learning in traditional ways. However, with time he was able to do things better than before, only in different ways. For instance, he would solve math problems in very unorthodox ways, but his answers were correct.
After consulting with an expert, Milton Arch learned that parts of his brain were affected in the car accident. However, his brain had rewired and opened different neural pathways to function normally. Actually, he was functioning beyond what was considered typical. “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done” (Genesis 50:20a).
Over time Milton came to realize that the accident had also unleashed his prophetic, divine and manifestation abilities. “Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit” (1 Corinthians 12:7-8).
These abilities allowed Milton Arch to graduate college while barely studying, and later to become the top salesperson at virtually every company he worked for, once beating out over 7,000 salespeople. However, at this time he was still not aware of exactly how he having all of his success. It wasn’t until much later that he discovered he had unwittingly been using manifestation techniques coupled with his newfound God-given spiritual gifts to achieve these seemingly impossible feats. And although Milton Arch had some success manifesting, he wanted to become better at it and be more consistent with it.
Milton’s quest to improve his manifestation skills led him to the work of Thomas Edison (the inventor of the light bulb), who attributed his creative success and discoveries to being able to enter into a hypnagogic state.
Shortly after this Milton was told about the Kozyrev Mirror, and how it could help someone to time travel. Milton found support for time travel in the Bible. “After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this” (Revelation 4:1). Milton realized that the open door that John in the Bible was referring to was a portal into the future. This is evidenced by the later part of the scripture about the open door. “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this” (Revelation 4:1b).
Milton Arch became convinced that the Destiny Creator (Kozyrev Mirror), invented by Russian astrophysicist Nikolai Kozyrev, was a portal into the future. Following Einstein’s theories, Kozyrev discovered a way to travel through time, making it possible to “manifest” future changes. After Kozyrev’s mysterious death, others continued his work, showing that the device worked especially well for people with spiritual gifts.
The more someone used the Destiny Creator, the greater their spiritual abilities became. Milton, who already possessed remarkable spiritual gifts from an accident, built his own Kozyrev Mirror and began manifesting for himself with increasing results.
Despite this progress, true success and consistency eluded him until he found inspiration in Matthew 18:19: “If two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.” Milton realized this verse was instructing “United Manifesting” – manifesting together with others. He tried manifesting with a friend, first without the Destiny Creator, then with it. The combined approach yielded unprecedented results.
People noticed Milton’s rapid success (Rolls Royces, Lamborghinis, Bentleys, and the accompanying lifestyle) and sought his guidance. Milton discovered he could manifest more easily for others than himself, a phenomenon he linked to quantum entanglement and biblical teachings about spiritual connection.
